As a mental health professional, I offer a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to meet your individual needs. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a structured, evidence-based approach that focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviours. By exploring how thoughts influence emotions and actions, it is particularly effective for managing anxiety, depression, and stress by helping clients develop healthier patterns of thinking and coping strategies. Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) builds on this foundation by integrating mindfulness, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance skills. Originally designed for individuals experiencing intense emotions, DBT is particularly effective in managing stress, improving relationships, and fostering a greater sense of emotional balance in daily life.

In addition to CBT and DBT, I offer Psychotherapy, a collaborative process that explores deeper emotional patterns, past experiences, and core beliefs that may influence present challenges. This flexible and holistic approach fosters self-awareness, healing, and personal growth. Integrating Attachment Theory into my practice focuses on understanding the ways in which early relationships shape our connections and emotional bonds with others into adulthood. I also draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a structured, evidence-based approach that helps individuals and couples identify, understand, and transform negative emotional cycles, deepening emotional engagement and fostering secure, responsive relationships. Together, these modalities provide a comprehensive toolkit to support mental well-being, resilience, and meaningful change.
